Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) Jiffy Lube seeks unique, amazing people for a Personal Vehicle Advisor position. We’re basing the future of our company on this position which combines the most important attributes of sales and client service. This job isn’t right for everyone. Our Personal Vehicle Advisor need to be amazing client advocates who are committed to showing customers the value in ACE Jiffy Lube services; this includes increasing car performance, reliability and safety while extending the life of their vehicle. To do this job well, you’ll need to love cars and take care of your own so you can operate with high level of integrity.

Job Description:

This is a “roll up your sleeves position" – we work hard, we work weekends and we get our hands dirty. We “whistle while we work” at a fast pace, having fun as we try to set and break new service records. You will be the front line team captain for a high growth enterprise that doesn’t accept excuses…EVER.

The Personal Vehicle Advisor is responsible for:

· Delighting our clients by providing exceptional customer service.

· Jogging to each and every car with a smile.

· Genuinely wanting to make a difference for the 100+ customers you’ll serve each week.

· Being committed to living our mantra: “Long Live Your Car”, and portraying this to customers.


· A minimum of 3 years of extraordinary client service experience.

· The ability to perform basic math calculations.

· A passion for cars, and a willingness to further this passion.

· A willingness to work weekends.

· Ability to build meaningful relationships that result in a consistent stream of referrals.

· Willingness to follow our scripts and service philosophy.

· Demonstrated ability and desire to perform in a high pressure, fast growth environment.

· An established reputation as a high integrity, top performer.

· Must be able to provide at least 3 references that can verify your history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and solid 40-hour work ethic.

· A clean driving record and access to reliable transportation.

· The physical requirements for this position include the ability to stand, walk, jog, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, work in awkward positions, transfer oneself from one work level to another and move materials from one height to another. Occasionally, you will need to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl, all while being able to regularly communicate.
